i teach kindergarten and will have to start low on the salary ladder if i move, yet the constant rise in the cost of living in my area has kept me from buying a home. my x whom i still have feelings for lives nearby and is on his second girlfriend and i have not found a new relationship. i am healthy and attractive and youthful. i feel like i am treading water. i have limited resources saved but a good retirement acccount.

Start something which inspires you, I am sure there are lots of people who want to help you out ! On the relationship front I am sure you will see someone soon stop worryin about it !

Well if you're looking for affordable living, the South is a great place to go. I live in Tennessee and it is beautiful. However, I wouldn't want to live here my entire life because the people are so different here.

A growing town in the South is Greenville, SC, which is where I plan to move within the year. Anywhere in North or South Carolina, southern VA, etc, are good affordable places to live and retire.
