Yes, when Sarai told Abraham to cast his first born Son: Ishmael and the boys Mother Hagar out into the Desert.

I suppose the conflict really began when Ishmael began teasing Isaac and his Momma took up for him.

Leaving out the Biblical references to people who may or may not have been individual persons, it all began when a wandering bunch of Semites began to spread through a territory already occupied by another bunch of not-so-wandering Semites. Territorial disputes arose as the land was insufficiently fertile to support both groups.

The Biblical writers understood empirically that these two groups were related (they look and have customs that are so much alike) so when they went to explain the problem they hit on a familial dissension. In a way, they were right.

Peace!
There would be no Arab Jewish conflict now if Moses and his followers followed God's instructions to the letter. Kill everyone including women and children. It is called corban. It's all in the Pentateuch.
This is one passage in the Bible I find hard to accept up to now. I cannot imagine how a loving and merciful God would give such instructions.
So my answer to your question is this: It started when the Jewish people entered the promised land.

It has some to do with Ishmael being kicked out of Abraham's family, and Jacob stealing Esau's blessing.

It start when Jewish people refuse the offer from muhammad to accept his religion. your question is wrong, you should say the Jews and muslims not Arabs b/c not all the Arabs are muslims. Read the islamic history and you will find out what muhammad did to the Jews b/c they refuse his offer. I know their history b/c I am from Middle east and went to school their. Muhammad him self tolled his people to call Jews (pigs) and till to day muslims teach their kids, that Jewish are pigs

I think it was Jacob and Esau. God told Rebeka about the struggle, and Jacob had his hand on Esau's ankle. See Genesis 25:23.

Maybe when they moved from Egypt to Israel.

There was something about a war between Israelites and Philistines, I don't exactly remember.
