Just try and eat little and often of good food, not the rubbish that we usually eat like prepacked food etc. Cut out cheese and bread as that's usually high in sugar esp the long life stuff. However you can purchase weight watchers bread.

When I did it I just got rid of the rubbish in my cupboards and had smoothies for breakfast, a salad with say chicken or fish for lunch and then a healthy dinner in the evening.

I also bought the book to You Are What You Eat. Mind you in that book she does say that even she binges out but it's a treat about once a month so just treat the nice food we all really go for as a treat now and then.

Good luck.

surely the quickest way is to starve yourself, but please do not do that.
quickest way is definitely not the best way in this situation.
best way is to change your habits, both eating and exercise.
the equation is simple, eat less than you burn = you lose weight.
change your diet to fresher foods, avoid processed foods and include lots of greens, fruits, meats, fish and eggs.
get into the habit of exercising for at least 30 mins 3-5 times a week, moderate exercise will do to start with, like cycling, walking to work, gardening, swimming, and as you feel you're getting fitter increase the intensity of your workouts.
make sure you include weight bearing exercises to tone up your muscles so you don't become flabby as you lose the weight.
and remember the changes should be for life, not just while you're "dieting".
Once you've achieved your goals, exercise to maintain your fitness and weight, and stick to your healthy eating. Good luck!

Quickest:
1. Liposuction (expensive)
2. Gastric Lap-Band operation (picked up by many insurance companies and Medicare if your BMI > 35)
3. Stimulants like amphetamine-like substances containing diet pills (risk of addiction, clearly not worth the risk)
4. All other methods rely on a combination of minimizing calorie intake and maximizing consumption. On average you could loose about a pound a week if you have the will to stick with your plan.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! not to gain it in the first place.

if you are looking for fast, not liquid diets & so forth, which only help you lose water weight, muscle, screw up your metabolic system so you cant lose as well in the future, AND leave your skin looking like curtains.

the fastest way to REALLY lose a lot of (fat) weight is to get on an alternating cardio and weight bearing (anaerobic program)
Do it every day of the week for 30 min a day and give yourself one free day to skip exercise and eat whatever you want. next day, right back on it.

cardi = walk fast, run, aerobics, something 2 keep moving without stopping at all for 20-30 min.

weights or calisthenics--gym or at home
weights-- lift something heavy (that you can handle) 10-12 times. repeat, then switch to a new muscle group, abs, arms, legs, back, etc. if that's too hard,
calisthenics, pull-ups, bench dips, sit ups, push ups, etc. take only 40 seconds to a minute in between new exercises. you are giving it all you got for 30 whole minutes.

the rest of the day you can sit on your tush if you like, but take the babies to the park for a walk or to the mall to help facilitate your new lifestyle.

modify your diet to something sensible. a fist size portion each of 1)lean meat, 2)carb (hopefully natural sugars, like whole wheat pasta/rice, nothing on a baked potato or sweet potato, etc.), and 3)green veggie to make a meal, five meals a day.

lose 0 lbs first week (you are building muscle, which is heavier than fat)
lose 3 lbs by second week
cumulative 7-9 lbs by third, and total 11 -15lbs by end of first month
by the end of second month (eight weeks, you could be 25 lbs lighter!!!

This is 2-3 dress sizes for a normal height woman.

So if you are size 16, you will be size 12 or 10.
keep going for more weight loss, or cut back to maintain.

drink lots of water!!!

Eat a low fat calorie diet for 10 days and lose 1lb per day!

Small bowl of porridge

1 sandwich and a piece of fruit for lunch

Meat choose chicken or red meat
Plenty of veg

Or just half what you would eat normally.

Feel the difference and let me know..

Plenty of water and herbal tea is a must have.

20 minutes of aerobic exercise daily

No cheating..

stop eating i suppose, but thats really bad for you and you just end up piling it all back on again anyway (I know)... if you want to lose weight properly a healthy balanced diet and a bit of excercise is the only way to go really! good luck!

join weight watchers, its hard but it does come off, and its embarrasing to get weighed if you've gained a few pounds, its exspensive but well worth it if you stick to the food plans, and you ain't starving on it as theres lovely meals. Tesco has a range of healthy living foods and they are nice. you just need to change the way you eat....good luck to you
