I want to lose weight in the summer time and I want to tone my booty. I all ready have a big booty but I want to tone it.

but i don't want to do crunches on the floor. It does not support the neck and back. Sometime I dance but I don't have good cd's. I listen to Ciara mostly but I don't know where my cd of ciara's the new on so.

Walk and learn to do "the twist "(the old dance Number ) that
way you can take it off and have fun too

Cardio! Can't emphasize it enough - that's what burns the fat. If you jump on the elliptical machine that's a great way to burn fat and give your butt a lift. Try it for 20 minutes atleast 3x's a wk. Good luck :)
