In order to answer this question, you would have to specify a particular train, to find out the booked platform.
Even if you found the booked platform, last minute alterations are fairly common, due to operational requirements, such as late running services, or infrastucture problems.
The only thing you can do is turn up at the station at least 30 minutes before departure, and examine the information screens and departure boards for information. Platform changes may also be notified by the tannoy, so listen up.

It varies depending on the time of day, most likely to be platforms 4 and 5 though but im sure if you check with the station staff they will be able to help you.

I am afraid that there is no proper answer to this, as it depends on what platform the signaler directs the train to, and this is prone to get changed depending on the circumstances.

No idea! When you get to the station, look at the departure board and it will tell you - that's one of the reasons it is there! Lordy, there are some dumb questions asked here.
