Overall I'm in good shape I just can't get rid of the little pouch beneath my belly button. I've been doing crunches, but the pouch is still there. Any other suggestions on exercises and diet tips and lypo is not an option.

For the little pouch below the belly button; crunches won't do it. Do leg lifts. Lay on your back with your hands flat on floor by your hips and pick your feet off the floor about 3 inches and hold for a count of 5 and let down. Go right back up, don't rest in between. Be sure to keep your legs straight (not locked) and feet together. If you arch your back put your hands under the small of your back. This will make you sore as all get out if you do it right and will have you flat as a pancake in no time.

Be careful of "crunches" if you don't do them correctly you'll develop muscle and that pouch will be harder to get rid of.

When you do the crunches are you holding your stomach in while doing them? This is important.

Walking is great! If you can't walk outside, find a mall. You can go there long before the mall even opens to walk their halls. Be consistent with walking if you do this. You'll notice a difference in about three weeks. I promise. Good luck!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Look at pictures of Nichole Kidman in that fabulous gold gown she wore to the Oscars -- the skinniest, most perfect person you could think of -- and there is a little pouch. It's natural to being a girl.

Well, can't emphasize cardio enough. That's going to burn the fat away.....try yoga, too. I'm an instructor and I've found fabulous results for the midsection (as well as all over). If you're into weight lifting, the yoga will really compliment it. Keep it up girlfriend! Best of luck and happy new year :)
