I eat lots of fruits for breakfast and for snacking. I just eat fruits for breakfast, have a proper lunch then just stir-fry veges for dinner. whenever i feel like snacking, i eat oranges instead of having cakes and chocolates. I also do cardio aerobics everyday for 2 hours. I'm afraid that by snacking on oranges or other fruits like apples, i will not lose weight.

Well, it is a lot of sugar anyway...remember fruit has sugar too...maybe change some of them to carrot and celery sticks or a yoghurt?
Just an idea...

PS: stir fry....isn't it a lot of fat?

Have u noticed any change in ur body with this regime. Please follow the following:

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

That's silly, fruit is perfectly fine to snack on - but if you're worried about eating oranges, switch to pineapple or grapefruits.

You will loose weight and should stay healthy with all the vitamin c you are getting with the fresh fruit.
