i would like a tattoo of this word-so please tell me the correct spelling and what language it is x

Well, in Western countries it's all quite the same. In Dutch: Passie. In French it's even exactly the same: Passion. In German it's very different: Neigung.

情熱 passion (enthusiasm; zeal). This is Japanese. You can use it for romantic love as well. It is jounetsu if you write it in romaji.
一心 one mind (wholeheartedness; the whole heart). Isshin. I like this one if you are in love and the other person is in love with you then both have one heart. Very romantic!
情欲; 情慾 passions ( sexual desire; lust ). I am not suggesting this; but, suggesting that it may be a little too strong.
