Well, because it says, every eye will see Him, and every tongue will confess that He is Lord. I don't think you will have a problem telling who He is.

One important thing to keep in mind is that he would look nothing... NOTHING... like the standard images of Jesus we see in paintings and whatnot. Based on his ethnicity and era, he will be shorter than 5'6", olive-skinned, with very Semitic features. If he does have a beard, it will not be yellow and flowing, but black and coarse.

I'm sure if someone said and stuck to the belief they were the son of god and the 2nd coming they would lock him up and pump him full of drugs.

If you have accepted Jesus as your personal savior,and have been cleansed of your sins,you wont be on earth to wonder.One day he will come and get us.Christians will not be here for the tribulation period.Jesus said,death or rapture whichever comes first.You must always be ready.

Well He's going to come with a blast of heavenly trumpets and shout of angels, a host of which will follow him. I think the physical appearance alone of his glorified body will make him hard to miss.

If he returns in the manner he spoke of in the bible I really do not see how much more clearly he could make himself known.
