If you mean in the house take a couple of days and stay with your dog get to know the signs it uses before going to the bathroom ie like circling before pooping then every time you notice your dog doing this rush him/her outside to go out there. After a couple of days of this he/she should get the message that it isn't okay to do this in the house. If you mean that it is going constantly look at the amount of food you are providing for your dog. If you keep food available especially for a puppy all the time they will poop after every time they eat. Only leave their food dish down long enough for them to eat then take it up. Take a look at the water situation also.... I don't like to restrict water intake but you can take up the water dish for short periods of time especially if you are going to be busy or gone for a while. Other than that with only the limited information provided I have no advice. Good luck.

because its a normal thing that dogs do
on the other hand if the poop comes out black and watery has a foul smell and looks bloody then take it to the vet immediately your dog has par vol and will die within three days if not taken care of
otherwise if its just regular diarrhea then maybe its something your dog is eating
but if its just regular poop then all you have to do is potty train him/her

Feed your dog ONCE a day, and feed it a constant diet of one brand of dry kibble.
Always have water available.
Put your dog out at intervals to allow him to take care of his business outdoors. If he sleeps in, make sure you let him out before bed and back out first thing in the morning.
When he goes inside, reprimand him and put him out. Accidents can't be permitted.
If your dog seriously has the runs or something (your question is rather vague) then put him outside until his system straightens out or take him to the vet if its lasted more than 3 days. mainly though, just feed your dog kibble and you'll help his digestive system immensely

he probably keeps pooping and peeing because he isnt potty trained or he can smell other dogs outside and he is marking his territory. but i would try and potty train him and see how it works.

Why do you?!
Set up a regular schedule to take your dog out and stick to it.

For the same reason you do!

You eat food and drink liquids...What goes in must come out!
