I've been working out on an elliptical, and the wave machine both for 30 min, so i get a total of 60 min of cardio every day, i've been doing this for about 3 weeks, should i start to take some of the 30 min, and start to run on the treadmill for some of the 60 min? for example, i may take out 10 min of the 60 min, and then just be on the elliptical and wave machine for 50 min...or does it really matter, because i'm still using the elliptical??

It just depends on how hard you are working out on the machines. If you feel like what you are doing is working for you than stick with it. But, if you feel like you might be getting a little bored than change it up for a week or so. You could also do all three machines for 20/20/20. Alternate weekly or biweekly so the body doesn't get bored.

Personally, I think the elliptical is better. This gives you a total body workout. Jogging is good, depending on your speed. My suggestion is to switch it up. Instead of doing the elliptical for 30 minutes one day, do jogging. The next day, do the elliptical. Your body needs variety. Good luck..

It doesn't matter, as long as you get your cardio done. Do what you enjoy the most. I would suggest alternating days- jog one day and the next day do something different. Have fun.
