Hav a heavy diet also as u do weight lifting coz only dat will not help.U shud hav an equally high fiber diet.Hav 5 to 6 times a day n do heavy lifting no matter how much pain u go through coz there is a saying "No Pain . No Gain".

If u want to increase muscle mass than wt. lifting is best. If you want to increase body fat than eat heavy foods with high calories like sweets, oily, deep fried, buttered foods.
