Umm...im confused, so do you want to go out with this guy, or just to be friends? If you want to go out with him just be friends first and talk to him, get his numbers, MSN and any way of communication. Just talk about your interests and then let him know your interested. Flirt with him and soon enough he'll be urs. lol :D

start asking him questions about himself, in general terms and not in a stalking way, just get to know him and he'll get to know you the same way...it takes practice to be a good conversationalist but it sure pays off down the road with the things you learn about people and good ways you make them feel when you stop talking about yourself and start talking to others about them
