You can "lose" weight, you can't "loose" it. You hardly have time to eat, but what are you eating? You exercise every day? What do you do? I.e., you're doing cardio for an hour day, five days a week, and lifting weights 3-4 days? No? You need to exercise. Not do some pushups and lights walking several times a week. Just a guess.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

if youare not eating correctly this could be your problem, you need to eat at regular times or when you feel hungry as your body goes into starvation mode so when you do eat it stores all the fat making it even harder to loose the weight. starving yourself is not the answer. eat healthily though. commend you on looking after two babes but make time tolook after yourself, looking after children is demanding but you need another source of exersise perhaps a long walk the gym or swimming put the
healthy diet and extra exersise and you should see the weight come off. if you are worried go and see your doctor as there could be another underlying problem. good luck

There might be several factors in play here. If you do work out everyday, then you might want to change your routine up a little bit. don't do the same things over again, varitiy helps a lot. Drinking lots of juice, water willl help to curve some of your feeling of munching on food through out the day.
I have 3 kids myself so i understand how hard and overwhelming your weight is to you. Have you talked with your Doc about losing the weight? they might be able to help you too.
try to find supportful people who can help you remeber and to stay on track of your goal. Start small, make just a little change like climb your steps one extra time a day, or lay on the floor and have your kids help you, and do a few crunches. Eat healthy and gget rid temptations. But not deprive yourself of them our you'll ggo and binge on them w/out meaning to. Before bed, drink a whole glass of water, if you can do that everytime you think you might be hungry. What ever you do. DO NOT starve yourself,, your body will then start storing fat and it will be very hard to lose it then. Use your kids to help you, think of things like dancing with them, let them have some small excercises that they will think is fun to do with you....hope this works for you good louck!

Sounds like you have your hands full already and get lots of excercise with your family. The only thing I can think of is that you may be eating late at night when your kids are in bed. This is a bad time to eat, but when you have a family sometimes it is the natural time to have five minutes to yourself. If you are really worried I would go to the doctors and get a professional opinion.

No it may be that you are not eating enough!
Your body may think it needs to hold on to the calories as it is being starved.
Try a food diary for a week and then analyse the results.
It will come off just relax

A three step system...
1. Committment. Never give up. Never quit. Don't think of slipping up as failure, just another starting point.
2. Shut your mouth. You don't need to eat all that crap. And its crap isn't it?
3. Get off your butt. You must exercise. Bottom line: you must burn more calories than you take in.
See that pic up there...thats me.. and my "I lost 80 pounds grin.
Works for me.
