Got anyone that can go in to your house when you are out and lay them on the bed for her for when you get back?
Or pre arrange to have them "given" to you at your restaurant or theatre (takes a bit of doing as you need to get them there beforehand) - but the more "special" the time she gets them the more she will appreciate the effort
Otherwise, agree that the added effort of having them sent to her work shows that you made a little extra effort.
You could always go with single rose instead of bunch

Depends on what you are doing! She would love receiving flowers at a restaurant - why not? She's in love and what a great way to show her you want people to know you are proud to be with her! If you are just going to an amusement park or driving around - I'd give them to her at home so they will live longer and she'll have the thought of your thoughtfulness longer.

Well if your picking her up then give it to her before you go out at her house so she can then leave it there but will still know you care.
If you are not picking her up then you could still give it to her at the beginning, you just might end up carrying though towards the end.
I do feel that you should give them to her at the start it will put her in a good mood for the rest of the evening!

Give her the flowers before you guys go out, that way she will have a chance to put them in water, and will have something to look at when she comes back home.

Ettiquette deems that you present them at her door when you come to pick her up. From there, you politely stand outside (unless invited in) while she puts them in a vase.
A simple polite thank you from her along with her smile will most assuredly accompany your gesture. Please don't go on about the flowers yourself beyond that. So many men make the mistake of repeatedly patting themselves on the back throughout the evening and it only detracts from your kind gesture.

At Home! I hate carry things around with me! if you got a big night planned and you are picking her up give them to her before you go out or find a way to hide them until u get home! Please don't make her carry then all around! Its just not good.

I think at home is more romantic. But the most romantic way you can choose is to have them delivered by the flower salesperson at work. It makes her feel important and I'm sure she will appreciate it more.

Give them to her when you go to pick her up. That way she can appreciate them but not have to carry them around with her. Trust me, if she has to take them with her all night, they'll soon lose their appeal.
(In addition, as nice as it may be to receive flowers delivered to your place of work......not everyone appreciates this gesture as not all love being the centre of attention and potential embarrassment in the office)

Give it to her when you pick her up. It will give her a chance to admire them and put them in water so they don't start wilting. She probably wouldn't want to carry around flowers all night long any how.
