Im in my early 20s and my hair is thinning and receading. I have now decided that the only hairstyle I can really get away with is a skin head. I'm really worried that this will effect my chances with women. I used to have nice black hair and women would go mad for me! but now they really aint bothered. I know its bad to be vain, but I just cant help it.

My ex was balding in his teens! In his late 20's, he used to do the shaved head/goatee thing, which I thought was sexy as he!!.
Since a bitter divorce, I have never dated a bald guy & especially don't like that look anymore, but that is not from any other reason than the way he burned me. If it had ended better, I would probably still think it was sexy...and happen to know many women do. Especially when Vin Diesel was a hot star!
I can tell you one trick: wear the look with confidence. Being happy with what & who you are bolsters your confidence, and THAT is sexier than anything you put on, do, or look like.

It all depends on the face, I'm not turned off just because somebody has no hair. Baldness is a sign of high testosterone levels, or so I've heard, so by rights you ought to be more attractive to women now!

I for one an infaturated with shaved heads. Oh my......
My 30 year old boyfriend has the same problem and he shaves it and I wouldnt ever change it. When I go out the men I do look at have bald heads. Bald heads are soooooooo sexy. Rock on bro.

I think, balding is a natural part of a men's life. Even for me, my hair is thinning. Of course, they will affect your ego. My advice is, see a doctor, spray some medication. They will slow the balding.
Meanwhile, Looks aren't everything. Women are generally attracted by confident and humourous guys. If you are bald, then you can make it up by being extra gentlemanly.. humourous blah.. :P

There are a lots of women who find bald men attractive, I think it is because you do not feel confident with your hair in the skin head style.
Feeling confident is the first step to attraction.

I agree , don't shave it that looks awful. Just cut it short and for heavens sake i beg you with tears in my seagreen eyes dont ever grow the hair long and combe it over the bald , so when the wind blows it is stands up like a squirrell sitting on your head. Bald men are fine, my hubby is basically bald and i like it, just don't shave it , it looks scary.:)))

Keep it short and nobody will notice.
I've been bald since 22 and I've never had a problem. It's the person inside that counts, plus there's a bunch of great oneliners you can use when your a 'slaphead'!
Remember there is someone for everyone, the issue is you finding them and them finding you.

thinning and receading is a major turn off.
just shave it all of and keep it neat and tidy (ie shave regularly).
i never used to like that look at all until i met my bf.
much nicer than hair anyday of the week.
he went for the shaved look after his hair started to disappear in his twenty's......
and he was like you. loved his hair.
i prefer him without.
new year- new hair style- go for it!
what have you got to lose??? at the end of the day if you shave it off and dont like it- just let it grow back again.

i am in the same situation man, all the pretty hair chicks dig, and then you bald and you have to shave it off. so i been shaving it for 4 years, and women still hit on me......lot of girls dig the bald black guy w/ goatee look. keep it shaved bro. once to twice a week, throw some alcohol on that joint to prevent razor bumps and go spit some game !!!!
