My friend recommended this diet for me: Drink lots of water, milk and orange juice, if your hungry drink, you dont have to eat anything, he also said to do some running cuz it would help lose weight. He was on it for one week and lost 15lbs. But i'm only on the third day and i'm realy not motivated to do running, i dont feel hungry cuz my stomach is full of drink, but i ve been feeling dizzy all day and when i stand up i see little colourful spots everywhere, I asked him if it was suppose to be like that he said it happened to him as well and its suppose to be like that, so far im sticking to it...

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

A good way to give weight lose a boost is to do some cardio first thing in the morning and again in the evening. This is just to get you started. Most people if they don't see good results in the beginning give up. If you are feeling dizzy, you need to eat, 1200 calories is the lowest number of calories that you should comsume a day. Eat a good clean diet, I know everyone says to eat skinless chicken, but believe me that can get old real quick, just eat lean cuts of meat. The web site below will be helpful, it tells you how to lose weight in a healthy way. What good is losing weight if you damage your body, if you lose too quickly and just gain it back, it needs to be done sensibly. Good luck

Ridiculous nonsense! Your teeth will rot & fall out from not having food to chew. Your body will go into starvation mode and horde every ounce of FAT on your body.

Eat at least 1,200 calories every day. Eat lean protein, whole grains, fruits & veggies. Drink plain water. Take a multi-vitamin every day.

Forget running -- it will destroy your hip & knee joints. Walk briskly for 4-5 miles twice a day, every day. Do some form of weight resistance training at least 3 times per week. Do some form of core strengthening exercise (Pilates or Yoga, for example) at least 3 times a week.

First: Get rid of that friend! and tell him he's killing himself.
Second: Eat fruits & vegetables, make sure you eat proteins too (chicken, turkey, fish, egg whites), and lots of water but not ONLY liquids, ok? besides, you will most probably get the 'rebound' effect...it's better to lose weight a bit slower, but esting right, that a lot at once, and then get sick and gain al those pounds back, and believe me, even more.

Good luck, and please quit that deadly diet...
