Yeah! Why not?
Come one come all!
Plenty room at the inn!
No we're not crowded here!
I am sooo pleased that my taxes can help you and your wife!
I really enjoy a longer waiting list for the hospital!
And the roads....wow ...I just love the roads getting more congested by the day!
Housing ...oh ...just plenty of that and anyway I can't wait for all the green belt land to be built on!
Don't like that grass and trees malarkey!
Give me more concrete...I insist!
Lovely Jubbly!

It depends on what kind of visa you have, and where your wife is resident, and what kind of visa she wants. She has to make an application in the country where she is a resident in any case. If you want to get her a marriage visa, or a dependant visa, you have to sponsor by writing a letter to support her application, and she will need to submit that as well as your passport, unless you have a legal copy of it made by a lawyer with application and all other requirements.
Check Home Office, UK Visa and Immigration Advisory Service's websites.
Good luck.
