I recently ended a really stressul relationship but i really loved him it's just that there was no communication should i try again i really love him and im to proud to call him

You said the relationship was stressful only you know what that means if you love him that much and you ended it there must be something you could not accept in the relationship. Are you ready to accept it because it will still be there. If not don't call and if it is meant to be maybe he will call you and say he will stop doing what ever is making you feel so stressed. Yes there is always a time to give up on love when it is destroying your life.

Never give up on love. If you truly love him then don't worry about your pride to call him. Try and make things work. That is what love is all about. Dealing with the good and bad. Working through the hard times TOGETHER. You can't just walk away if you love him without regreting it later. At least try so that you know later on that you gave it all you have. GOOD LUCK!!!

if it was so stressful, then you made a good decision to end it, but you need to know when you ended it you wanted to have some relief and now that you have what you wanted your second guessing yourself. you are now without him, so back up and enjoy the air, and everything around you instead of worring about him. start liking yourself
