the pilgrimage

I traveled on,seeing the hil,where lay
my expectation,
A long it was and weary way
the gloomy cave of Desperation
i left on the one , and on the other side
the rock of pride
and so i came fancy's meadow strowed
with many a flower
fain would i here have madeabode
but i was quickened by my hour
so to care's copse i came ,and there got through
with much ado
thet led me to the wild of passion, which
some call the world
a wasted place but sometimes rich
here i was robbed of all my gold
save one good angel , which a friend had tied
close to my side
at length i got unto the gladsome hill
where lay my hope
where lay my heart ;and climbing still
when i had gained the brow and top
a lake of brackish waters on the ground
was all i found
with that abashed and struck with many a sting
of swarming fears
i fell,and cried,Alas my king!
can both the way and end be tears?
yet taking heart i rose ,and then perceived
i was deceived
my hill was further;so i flung away
yet heard a cry
just asi went,None goes that way
and lives.If that be all,said i,
after so foul a journey death is fair,
and but a chair

wow , deep thoughts,,,,,,, it seems , to me, like the person is traveling threw life,,,, getting to the top of the hill is the goal of the travel and of life,,,, there are both good and bad places to stop along the way,,,,,,, and when the final perceived goal is reached,,,,,,, the traveler finds it isnt want he wishes,,,,,,, yet there is another hill in view, that is the true goal,,,,,, yet it will bring about the end of life,,,,,,,, the traveling is the goal of life, experiencing it, striving to reach one goal after the other,,,,,,,, and after all the troubles of life,,, if the striving ends in death,, that is fine,,,,,,,,, the chair would represent sitting down and resting,,,,,,,,, is my interpretation of it all

this may honestly make me unpopular inspite of the indisputable fact that this is real. I consistently desire the truth, yet i like it to make experience. a number of the human beings I easily have met right here supply what i assume is nicely-which potential suggestion, yet their ideas might want to smash the poem in innumerable techniques. If I were a lot less experienced and a lot less knowledgeable, i does not locate this nerve-racking, yet I ceased being eco-friendly years in the past. If someone does not like the poem's idea or language, i might want to favor to hearken to why. If someone thinks the syntax is strained, tell me why. yet you'll extra effective understand what it truly is you're speaking about, because I easily might want to be able to study something from you in case you furnish suggestion. regrettably, that not often takes position till I easily have the strong fortune to seize Hypocorism in an off second and he stops to analyze and reply. in case you want what I write and desire to praise me, it truly is okay. in case you surely furnish a education it truly is nicely-suggested, even extra effective. in case you furnish me garbage that demonstrates not something yet how little care you're taking with words and recommend I do a similar, then shame on you. Tact is significant, do not get me incorrect. yet finally, i might want to favor to ascertain some nicely-suggested diagnosis of poems and thoughtful ideas. i have given more suitable than my percentage, and now i am going to attend to ascertain what number others can, or will, stick with. How's that for truth?!

I was in love.
They dumped me.
It was all for naught and didn't matter in the end.
