I think this is okay and normal. I had 3 year old twins at home and was pregnant with another. Towards the end I didn't want to move. I was feeling overwhelmed by the new baby because I knew how much work it was going to add.
You are almost done with this pregnancy and I am sure if you can get your bearings again you will be okay. Your hormones are crazy, you are freaking out inside.
I am sure you love your children...that isn't the issue.
Try to relax and focus on the good things...like when your first one said "Mommy" or "I love you."

I have some issues with depression normally. And what my doctor told me was it usually gets worse for people right there in the home stretch so to speak. It has something to do with the stress of being pregnant and the increase of hormones there at the end. And with another little one already I'm sure the stress is worse so I'm pretty sure you're completely normal. Now having said that...if you have any harmful thoughts or intentions then you need to see a doctor immediately. Don't mess around with stuff like that it's serious. Hope that helps and congrats on the little one.
