You are too young. The law states that lenders can only enter in a bidding contract with a capable adult of 18-years or older, 21 in certain states.
However, the responsibility of having credit does not have a certain chronological number. There's thousands of 18-19-20-year olds with $50,000 debts.
At the same time there are 18-19-20-year olds that are responsible and know how to handle credit., they fully understand their obligations.

They wont give you one at 11. Ask your parents if you can use their card or have them give you a VISA check/gift card, they should work the same way. Also, you should use a credit card when you have an income to pay it off monthly.

Well really around 21 or 22. I got in trouble with easy credit i got one when i was 18 then i got 5 and before i knew it i got $22,000 in debt took me for ever to pay it off. But if you do need one i say 16 and only for emergencys or if you need it to pay a ticket or bill or maybe get something online. But it should be limited to like $300 or less.

Mature enough to know that what you order today, bills will be arriving at the beginning of next month, and you have to have the means to pay these bills. You have to know the value of money, and don't just buy things for the sake of buying them. When you know and accept what I said, then you are ready for credit.

u need to be 18 (or of legal age depending on ur country) since the use of credit card involves a contract. legally, u cannot enter into any agreement such as the use of credit cards.

GET YOUR PARENTS TO GET YOU A PREPAID CARD! It called a Buxx Card and Visa has them. You parents put on a specific amount and then you can spend it! Thats how they can give you your allowance if they approve. Thats is good for young people and then you can learn about banking and spending and maintaining an account. Ask them about it.

When you are old enough to understand how a credit card works, from payments, to your credit history, to compound interest.

I think you can have one that is linked to your parents account when you are 16, but I think that is the youngest you should ever be to get one. You have to be able to pay it off yourself or be trusted to only buy things your parents want you to get for them/buy specific things without them.
Ask your parents if you can use theirs, but I know what a pain it is to want something off the net and be unable to get it due to that.
good luck!
