The Dodge Challenger SRT8 will be released in Jan or Feb. 2008 here in Canada. I would expect to be released in Aussie land in mid to late 2008. Best bet if you want one of these cars you better get your name in at the Dodge Dealership.

I have had my name on the list at my Dodge Dealer since August 2006. My dealer will only get 3 of these cars in SRT8 versions and I had to slap down $10,000 refundable deposit and enter a draw to win the right to buy one of these 3 cars.

The Dodge Challenger is actually smaller than the LX platform - 300's, Chargers & Magnum's.

Never. The Dodge Challanger is far too large a car for the Aussie tastes, mate.
