If you cannot forgive her for what she did, then leave her and find someone else. If you have forgiven her, why would you want to cheat on her? Just remember, two wrongs don't make a right.

No, it doesn't work that way. If you have truly worked through it and are committed to each other, you would not be asking this question. Obviously, you still feel slighted and are more concerned about "your turn" then a relationship. Is time to end it and move on and then both of you are free to have meaningless sex with others that just want meaningless sex.

it sounds like you haven't worked through it enough. you have to draw up a cheating schedule, so that nobody gets to cheat more than the other one. and make sure you stipulate what constitutes cheating and what doesn't... if you don't take your clothes off but pull it out, is that really cheating? if you paid for it, is it cheating? these are important things to work out in a relationship.

If you are not a woman it is inappropriate for you to be with anyone other then your partner. Women need to be entertained and satisfied and so it is appropriate for them to persue their needs elsewhere if they are not getting it at home.
Men however make a decision and need to stick with it. It is common knowledge that men can not do two things at once. Women can.
So if you are guy it is NOT your turn. It is never your turn.

You think you know the answer wait until you revenge and you will tell me how you feel. You will feel more guilty than she feels. You don't pay bad with bad but with good. Do good so that she can feel guilty for the rest of her life but if you do the same she will feel satisfied that whenever she thinks of what she did and feel guilty she will think of what you also did to her and you are even.
Kill her with guilt

Hell no - don't fight fire with fire. Remember what goes around comes around. She's cheated - she'll pay in one way or another. Move on - forgive her.
