I get it (understand), so I'm waiting; but I'd appreciate it if you did it quickly because it is urgent.

Floyd. I don't know if you know this but there is a certain type of scam going on around the net these days.
In it's formal name it's basically mail fraud.
But a better known moniker is the 419 scam artists.
They send hundreds of spam emails such as the ones you are recieving until they find a viable target. Then they spend individual time with that target (you) with coherent information according to your gender and country of origin. They mostly target english speaking targets or write their letters in ALL CAPS.
However, in your case they seem to be french, but this does not change what is happening here. Floyd, you are being scammed and there are hundreds upon hundreds of more people being scammed DAILY, for thousands of dollars.
Now I'm not sure if you've recieved any similar emails of the same type.
I'm not even sure you would believe me if you're really attached to this "Marie" (probably not her/his real name) but just look at this link. http://www.419eater.com/html/letters.htm
This is a compilation of letters that people have sent and recieved with 419 scammers. These people are called 419 Eaters. Basically, they mess with the scammers and waste their time, in doing so, preventing the scammers from scamming a real target.
just read up on the letters and soon you'll see a similarity between your conversations and theirs. Please, break off contact with this person as soon as possible as they are thieves and they WILL try and take your money.
Here is the homepage of 419 Eaters if you want to read up on more info. http://www.419eater.com/
Here is a BBC report on 419eaters

I understood so I'm waiting;
The problem is that I don't know what you are supposed to do quickly so it's hard to translate the rest of the sentence
