I'd rather owe money to Dave Courtney or the Kray Twins. At least then I know what'll happen when I don't pay up!!
Are you really considering borrowing from some guy called Richard just because he posts on Yahoo? Are you insane? I gather he has a "business partner" in Nigeria where potential "customers" have to send "legal fees" to. And if the word "Nigeria" isn't enough to scare you away, then you deserve everything you get!!

PLEASE DO NOT REPYLY TO HIM! I've used him and today I am £550 poorer! It is all an Nigerian scheme!!!He will ask you to pay admin fees, then more and more fees and bank charges etc. At the end of the day you will end up with nothing. I am taking him to court now.
