Hi there,
I read in a different website that tourists should always pack umbrellas while visiting Geneva...
Does it rain in Geneva in 'February'??

yes, and you might even get some snow!

Yes though the city gets a lot less snow than the surrounding area.

If you visit the fountain then always take an umbrella. 40 gallons a second has to come down somewhere.
