why does it not include Cinemagic on the Disney Channel-is this separate?

i don't know what we pay, I leave all that to my hysband, but we have the "full Sky package" and Cinemagic is included!

I pay £53.50 which is an extra £10.00 for sky hd.you should get cinemagic included for what you pay.You should ring them or email them to ask them why you cant get it

i can not recieve the two "movie 24 channels" and i pay for the lot as you (you are entitled and are paying for it ) but i know phoning them up is a nightmare "I always state to cancell my subsciption when i get no joy (normaly ends up with results)

because it is a premium channel and you have to pay for it seperately.
