We have purchased some things for home shopping networks and for the most part they have been as advertised... some things were returned because we decided we did not like them (jewelry for example). The merchandise was not junk, just something that we did not want after we received it. NEVER had a problem with returns and the stuff we kept are all just fine!
The idea of home shopping is that you can see some things that you may be interested in and not have to use up gas looking for it!

We bought a few things off different channels and every item we bought was sent back.However we never had any quibbles about getting our money back.

I have bought from QVC many times, you always get a 30 day money back policy,and they are ALWAYS honest in what they sell.

i got some chefs knives, they were diffrent from what i saw on tv and where crap, plus also had to pay £7 postage. would'nt do it again.
