Personally i believe it will happen within 20 years. What do you think? Israel has already said that they will give the US 6 months to strike Iran or they will go it alone, and they will. So Christians how long do you think until the antichrist appears? Like I said I reckon easly within 20 years, and I really mean it. Also who hear reckons they will be alive when Christ raptures the church up in the air to go to Heaven during the great tribulation? I know all that, No man knows the day or hour right? but come on it is just a question. So what do you think?

How many times was the anti-christ and the whole rapture thing supposed to happen? Every year idiots come out and say this is the year, that it says so in the bible or they believe or some other load of crap. And every year I laugh at them more and more.

Part of prophecy has been sealed up both in Daniel and in Revelation for the primary purpose of keeping the Adversary in the dark and confused in his devices. These sealed up prophecies will be revealed by the two witnesses. Personally I am a "pan-tribulationist" in that I believe it will all pan out the way that God wants it too. However, I believe there is a dangerous disposition in the church to proclaim rapture any day now from the trials and travails about to increase exponentially on the earth. I personally believe that this teaching will be instrumental in the "great falling" away when the church is not raptured as the tribulation begins. You must remember and study that there is the tribulation, the Great tribulation, and the Wrath... Christians are saved from the wrath or the day of perdition, not necessarily the tribulations preceding it. If one is honest they would have to say , concerning and considering the hidden prophecies we do not know that we could be raptured today, however; they must also concede if honest about what we do not know that it could be another 20 or thirty years conservatively or longer liberally. The more important question then is what do we do in the mean time, what did our Lord say: "Occupy until I come" Get busy stay busy, occupy , control and implement until I come, Jesus said.

God bless you all and peace to you this new year of 2007.

Like you said, No man knows the day or hour in which Christ will return and the Tribulation begins. I do know that The Trib. will NOT occur until AFTER the rapture of the church. After that, the Antichrist will come into power, and sign a 7 yr peace treaty with Israel.. and the signing of that treaty is the very day that begins the tribulation, and it will last exactly 7 yrs, then Christ will return again. I have no clue if I will be alive when the Rapture occurs, but base on the current state of the Middle East I say me being Raptured out of here, instead of dying is a good possibility.

each thing is barely commencing to fall into place. Tribulation has not yet started out; we are making waiting for it. As for the main factors, examine a number of the prophetic books like Malachi. And for the very end, turn to Revelation. yet, the rapture is earlier tribulation. Pity, even with the indisputable fact that, I should not be right here to witness it. Will you?

The Bible answers that question at Matthew 24:14 which states--
"And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come."

This preaching work is now being done in 235 lands and we will continue to witness to all nations about the good news of God's heavenly government until the Great Tribulation begins.

Read the Apocolypse.
Christ says "I come quickly"

The Apocalypse Of Saint John
Chapter 22
16 I Jesus have sent my angel, to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the root and stock of David, the bright and morning star. 17 And the spirit and the bride say: Come. And he that heareth, let him say: Come. And he that thirsteth, let him come: and he that will, let him take the water of life, freely. 18 For I testify to every one that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book: If any man shall add to these things, God shall add unto him the plagues written in this book. 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from these things that are written in this book. 20 He that giveth testimony of these things, saith, Surely I come quickly: Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.

Many Christians who do not agree that there will be a pre-tribulation rapture of the Church point out that it is a relatively new doctrine, first popularized in the 1800s and elaborated on subsequently. There are whole denominations that reject it for this reason. The Roman Catholic Church and the Eastern Orthodox do not accept it either, as such a thing as "rapture" was never taught by any of their bishops, from the beginning. Instead of "being taken up into Heaven", these churches follow the scriptures (such as Isaiah) clearly describing a physical Kingdom of Heaven that will be on a renewed Earth, following the Great Tribulation, the Resurrection of the Dead, and Judgment Day. For all practical purposes no Christians held to the pre-tribulation rapture theory before Darby in the 1820s.

Good question. The tribulation begun right after Christ left. To say that the horrendous deaths the early Christians were martyred for, including being skinned alive, being bludgeoned to death, set on fire and fed to lions among many other forms of executions were not part of the tribulation would be saying that their sufferings for their/our faith would be trivial.

I don't know, but I'm really looking forward to when the Rapture takes the Christians away.

While Jesus is at it, I'm kind of hoping he pulls a bunch of muslims off the planet, too.

And maybe just ignorant people of all sorts.

Call it a clean up the Earth policy.

You might just get an amen from me on that day.

I can't see this earth lasting another 5 years, let alone 20 years.

I tell everyone to live for Jesus Christ today, because there might not be a tomorrow for some of us.

Whats make you think it hasn't already? Doesn't it talk about people hiding in caves? Can you leave your garage door open, even during the day, without fear of a possible home invasion? Our homes are no longer safe, even when locked. You come home and they are right behind you, pushing their way in waiting to see if produce a gun and need to be shot in their self defense.
