Actually yes. Two reason's one he knows everything. two he knows that although he inspired their writings, men still wrote them, translated them, re-wrote them, compiled (or destroyed) the different parts of them, interpreted them differently at each reading, and re-wrote them again.

Torah,The Bible, and the Holy Qura’an are all the holly words of Allah. They are the same in essence...have you ever asked yourself why did Allah sent prophet Essa,or prophet Muhammad to humanity?Allah sent prophet Essa with the Bible to guide people with Allah’s word after jews perverted the Torah to serve their worldly interests. And because the bible was written by more than one HUMANBEING after prophet Essa’s raising to the heavens,Allah sent prophet Muhammad to guide the people to Allah’s way...
So the original Torah and Bible have the same essence which Islam has,but they are now perverted....

Of course he had all knowledge
[005:048] And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad [Peace Be Upon Him]) the Book (this Qur'ân) in truth, confirming the Scripture (Books) that came before it and Muhaiminan (trustworthy in highness and a witness) over it (old Scriptures). So judge among them by what God has revealed, and follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to you. To each among you, We have prescribed a law and a clear way. If God had willed, He would have made you one nation, but that (He) may test you in what He has given you; so compete in good deeds. The return of you (all) is to God; then He will inform you about that in which you used to differ.
This verse explains its pretty good.

That is why Jesus never wrote any thing on paper/ He knew what happens to "holy books". Truth cannot be solidified into printed word .

He could not have known...simply because he was not god...he was just a moon diety worshipped by mohammed and his tribesmen in the arabian desert. They came across the jewish scriptures and plagerised it for their own ends.

when you ask like that, there are million others....such as if God is so powerful and he wants all of us to be good, then why cant he just make us and so on.......but God isn't like that, he has his own purpose for doing things the way he does and we are in no position to question him, i mean, there's no use doing so...hence, in answer to your question, yes he did...
