Always speak with your healthcare provider before taking any medications during pregnancy. All medications have an effect to your pregnancy. I know that when I was pregnant, my Midwife and Obstetrician for both of my pregnancies said it was fine for me to take Tylenol for any pain, but as minimal doses as possible. As directed, I did take Tylenol for my pain and didn't receive any problems from it.

Only paracetemol, but you should keep those to a minimum and only take if you feel it's really necessary.
