The only way to know this is cut to the chase and just ask her out. Would you be happy if you sat around waiting for some kind of sign and someone else asked her out and you missed your chance. Girls are all different but most will flirt with a guy to let them know that they like you. You know smiling at you trying to start conversations with you, staring at you and maybe being in the same places you are. Mate,
be yourself and just ask her out for a drink or a meal.
You can never know if you like a person or if they like you without spending time getting to know each other.
