get a jar of kraft cheese whiz.... take off metal lid and pop the jar into the microwave for 30seconds (or till liquidy) and pour over whatever... This stuff is so versitile.. you can pour it over corn chips, chili, hotdogs, french fries, steamed veggies, rice, baked potatoes.. just about anything.. mmm good!

You can also use melted Velveeta. You can also go to tastealike web sites that offer recipes for restaurant and fast food. I made their bowl with all the stuff(popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes, etc.) in it and it was delicious! Just type what you are looking for in your keyword box and make sure you use recipe in the search and you should be able to find it.

I think it is Mozzarella cheese as that is the most popular cooking cheese.
