Why can't I ask this question? I'm not trying to insult, but I just want to know because I heard that from somewhere. So if you can't answer the question, go to hell.

The only ones who are dumb around here is the bible readers. The original bible says you can't eat pork, you have to cover yourself etc, but you don't because you edited the bible to suit your lifestyle.

are you asking this to help yourself or just to try and make a point against people who believe the bible?
No the Bible wasn't written by someone who hated Jesus, it was written by over 40 different people, the ones who wrote the Old Testament, before Jesus was around obviously didn't even meet Him so they sou;dnt hate him. And the whole point of the New Testament is to glrofy Jesus and testify to the Good news of his death and resurection on the cross so again couldn't have been written by anyone who hated Him.
I mean the gospels and some other books were written by Matthew Mark Luke and John... John wrote more i think. and then the letters to Corinthinasm, galatians ephesians etc were written by the apostle Paul. Maybe this is where you got confused?
Paul originally hated Jesus and Christianity because he was a Jew and didn't believe Jesus was the Messiah, but then he was converted through a meeting with God and he changed. He became a missionary to the gentile people (the people he had believed all his life wernt good enough to know God).. that is when he wrote the letters to the different churches around europe that he had visited.. in collose and phillipi and ephesus etc etc.. so in a sense that part was written by someone who USED to hate Jesus.
And then also... to add ur point about the "original" bible saying you can't eat pork and you've got to cover up. The thing about pork is in the old testament and only applied to the jewish people before Jesus came. It was only a ceremonial law for the jews. Just like the animal sacrifices and the hoy of holies in the temple, though of course Jews still follow those laws today because they don't believe Jesus was the messiah.
and about covering up.... well some people follow it some don't because some poeple think it was just because of the time it was written, like it says women shouldnt wear jewellery or braid their hair because it makes them like prostitutes, but today it doesn't so i dont think there's anything wrong with it. However i wouldn't go out in like... tight low cut tops and mini skirts and all that because that would be like doing the same thing in today's context.
Obviously.. with the Bible not having been written by people who hate Jesus, and the fact that it was actaully inspired by God... is why I personally follow it. It was written over a period of 1500 years by 40 different people on 3 different continents in numerous different languages, yet it all matches up and there are no contradictions. thats logical proof enough for me, without mentioning the spiritual side of it.
anyway hope that's helped a bit if an answer is really what you wanted.

Really the bible says that? Cool! Well now that you mention it I wont eat pork and cover my face. Oh wait why don't I become Muslim! With all due respect the Old Testament says the stuff about the pork. But as Christians the foundation for our faith is the New Testament. Jesus did not come to change the Law but to complete it. Jesus says that it is not by bread alone that man lives. That means nothing you put into your mouth can make you impure. It was what comes out of your mouth- blasphemy, impure talk, swearing, cursing, hatred...etc.

I can't believe how much abuse you've received from asking this question. Sweetheart, although I am a Bible believer, I'm not dumb, and neither are you. Here's an honest answer to your question.
The Bible is made up of 66 separate books and written by dozens of different people. None of the writers hated Jesus. Those who wrote the Old Testament looked forward to his coming but died long before he came to earth. Those who wrote te New Testament either knew him personally and became his followers or knew about him and were part of the early Christian church.
Why do we follow it? Because we believe it is God's holy and inspired word and by following the Bible we can get to know God and Jesus better. Since we are created in God's image, it can only do us good to understand where we came from, who we are and where we're going.
Don't listen to those people who only want to put you down and dish out disrespect. Hatred has no place in God's word. God bless you.

Not eating pork and coverings etc were laws that were meant for the nation of Israel and are found in the Hebrew Scriptures. They were meant to accept the Messiah when he arrived but instead were instrumental in putting him to death, so I guess you could say they hated him (some that is, not all). The Christian Greek Scriptures outline the life of Jesus and off his followers, the people who were involved in writing these loved Jesus as you will see if you read them.

Well no it wasn't, but it has not so much been changed, but said in a way that now suits man kind of today, it has a lot to do with the amount of control of the people, and how much money they can make. I follow God, but have little faith in a book because it was written by man, like all the so called holy books

The original Bible, as you refer to it, was written by Jews that were looking with hope for the Messiah.
They believed that the Messiah would grow up to become their new king, and He would overthrow all their enemies.
When Jesus came into this world and did not overthrow their enemies, they refused to accept Him as the Messiah. They poked fun of Him and mocked HIm, even attempted to kill Him before the cross, and finally they were able to manipulate events to hang him on a cross.
However, if you read the writtings of all the prophets which they had access to it was predicted that when the Messiah would come, He would be rejected by His people, and would be put to death (Isaiah 53; Psalm 22).
Their Bible is our Old Testament.
Enter the New Testament.
The New Testament was written by men that loved Jesus. Those who had lived with Him and who had touched Him, except for Paul who did not have an encounter with Jesus until after His death. Then He saw a bright light that came down from heaven and it blinded him and he was told by Jesus what he must do.
From that moment on, Paul related that story to as many as would listen and they ,with the exception of a few, accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
Paul wrote the majority of the New Testament as it was layed on his heart by the Lord.
The others were followers of Jesus' ministry except for James and Jude who were half-brothers and did not believe that Jesus was different until after the death of Jesus. Then James saw his half-brother alive, and He believed.

The bible was written by the disciples of Jesus and by some people who did hate him but then saw that he was truly the Son of Man plus you can't have any book that is written one sided you must look at both sides of the argument to formulate your own opinion

God Himself is speaking, and yes some people DO make up things to suit them self, but that does not make it right, does it? Just another show of how stupid man/woman is when it comes to Gods Word. NOT ALL, SOME.

You obvioulsy havent ever read the Bible yourself, or you would know that is not true! And the "Christian" who told you that obviously does not know God either (that is possible if the person was merely brought up as a Christian but has not yet made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ).
May the Lord Jesus Christ lead you my friend.
