many names are spelled in different ways according to each language and its accent. the name Jehovah it's a hebrew name as you know, but the letter "v" was spelled in old hebrew and is still spelled in aramic which arabic is developed from it (from aramic), was spelled "O", but became later "V". Note these differences are still in many languages until today. NOTE: the letter "J" was and is still spelled "Y", like in Germanic languages, so the name "Jehovah" is spelled "yahwa". Many name are like that, e.g: Jerusalem, the letter "j" is spelled "y", so: yur=earth, salem=peace >> jerusalem=the earth of peace.
