Two points 1) 63 kg is not necessarily heavy, if you are tall 170cm+ then this is pretty normal weight (maybe even thin). 2) this is a really bad diet plan. If you need to lose weight than you need to go about it sensibly. You need to eat a healthy variety of foods and get plenty of exercise. And don't expect miracles; 1-2 pounds a week is a good rate.

you only need to reduce your calorie intake by 500 a week to lose 1-2 pounds per week, that is the healthy way to do it...btw, i don't believe 63kg is heavy by any means, you may just need to do strength training to tone up.

Maybe you should cut on carbs and start taking some protein...carbs will acumulate and converted into fat. you cannot lose weight with just a meal. you need to get up and do something...excercise i mean.

you'll lose more of your health than weight, with such a diet.
