Do you mean the 3 positions of Christians.
1) Sitting on the promises of God (1:1 - 3:21)
This means that we need to know our promises in Christ so that we are able to position ourselves
2) Walking in the promises of God (4:1 - 5:20)
Once we know our promises, we can start walking in them.
3) Standing on the promises of God (5:22 - 6:24)
As we walk in the promises of God, there might be obstacles or adversaries that will try to stop or hinder us. Therefore we must learn how to stand firm in the promises of God.

15For this reason I too, having heard of the faith in the Lord Jesus which exists among you and your love for all the saints,
16do not cease giving thanks for you, while making mention of you in my prayers;
17that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.
18I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the (J)hope of His (K)calling, what are (L)the riches of the glory of (M)His inheritance in (N)the saints,
19and what is the surpassing greatness of His power toward us who believe. (O)These are in accordance with the working of the (P)strength of His might
20which He brought about in Christ, when He (Q)raised Him from the dead and (R)seated Him at His right hand in (S)the heavenly places,
21far above (T)all rule and authority and power and dominion, and every (U)name that is named, not only in (V)this age but also in the one to come.

These three things "hope, riches, and power" are a theme in Ephesians.
What God does for the CHRISTIAN
made us alive together with Christ
raised us up together with Christ
seated us together with Christ
in order that He might show the riches of His grace
For we are freely saved through faith not of works
For we are His workmanship
