I diet and exersise every day for 1 hour and 20 minutes at the gym i weigh 68kg and had a baby 7 months ago i was 86 after having my daughter and have managed to loose alot but now feel its stopped my babies father is a boxer and has suggested the fat may be turning to muscle and muscle weighs more than fat that is why the scales are not moving but i just think if i have a set limit of calories i need to burn every workout i can push myself to do it as i am unsure of what iy should be.
