Considering that the hotel is paid for and I have a WelcomeCard that will let me travel on all public transport for my entire stay in Berlin, will 145 Euros be sufficient spending money? (including entrance fees, food, spending money and emergencies) for Friday, Saturday and Sunday of next week?

145 euros are enough for a cheaper to average tourist trip without going to shows/theatres/operas. A typical cheaper tourist day in Berlin is consuming about 10 euros for eating (including one or two snacks and one cheaper meal), 10 euros for drinking (including the drinks in cheaper clubs and restaurants, but assuming you consume water or similar from supermarket) 4 to 8 (depending on whether you're a student or not) euros for entrance in one museum (normally one couldn't visit more anyway) and similar stuff, so you can really easily make it with 100 euros the three days - of course that depends on your habits... If you really want to take cash for emergency with you than200 euro may be better. And of course it's better to have a local with you, because in the touristic areas the things are getting more expensive of course. Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg for example are cheaper districts.

And the tip above about drinking beer in restaurants because its cheaper than water is of course a joke ;) (or the guy's regularly visiting alcoholics places)

It will be sufficient as long as you keep your meals at the 5 Euro Range for lunch and 10 Euros for Dinner. This can be done easily by eating Doners, subs, or "pizzas". When at dinner drink a large glass of beer "Ein Pils Gross, bitte (bitta)" it is cheaper than soda or water.

That will put you at 60 Euros with 85 Euros to spare. There are sights to see for free and some you will pay for. This gives you enough to even splurge on 1-2 meals. But, like the other comments already made, if you have an emergency that may not be enough. A lot of places only take cash and I feel uncomfortable once I cross below 100 Euros in my pocket. I try to have 200+ Euros with me at all times.

Well it depends on what you want to do. It may not be if you want to see some shows. I also recommend that you don't rely just on cash for emergencies - have a credit card handy.

btw - there are a lot of good deals on accomodation in Berlin on Cheaper than hotels where some freebies are often thrown in such as meals and sometimes even tickets to things, but mostly on last minute bookings.
