There are effective treatment of some cancers.

Each cancer is different, depending from what kind of cells it comes from. For example, vitamin D is efficient in treating one kind of leukemia, because it helps some bloods cells to differentiate (meaning, becoming functional, normal again).

And for treating some organs, like the brain, it is even more complicated because most medication can't reach the brain. You have to use a special medication, or a special way to be sure it reaches the tumor.

It also depends weither it is a solid tumor or if it is some free-moving cells. The kind of strategy efficient for one isn't necessarily efficient for the other.

So no, there is no all-purpose, magic cure. There are different cures according to exactly what you have. Those who pretend to have the all-purpose cure are lying to make money out of suffering people.

Well the number of cancer survivors who are still living 20 years after diagnosis and treatment would probably disagree with you about how effective cancer treatment is.

Any cancer in advanced stage very difficult to cure. If it is in the initial stage, it can very well be cured. Best thing would be drink fruit juices having high ORAC value such as Noni or Goji Berry.

You have to be more specific. Many cancers have very high cure rates, while others are almost untouchable. Which cancer do you have in mind?
