I'd like to get help with my PC issues whenever I have a problem through the Internet, with/without fees

You might check out these two sites. Protonic is a free service by volunteers and I've had excellent results, usually in a matter of hours. I used Plum Choice once, also with excellent results but when you compare free vs. fee.....

If you just need to ask questions there are a number of good free computer support groups -- I recommend Simply Computers 2 on Yahoogroups. If you want someone to remotely access your computer to solve issues, and it's not covered by warranty, you'll have to pay for it. I offer remote computer help through my website, as do many other technicians.

depends who, your server is! what programs you are using. most have exellent support, ( as long as you don't use much)
Your BEST support, YOUR COMPUTER nerd friend in your friend circle I prefer that way, and you get the RIGHT IDEA without waiting between 3 hours to 30 hours before solution
