The vitamins in orange juice is very good for you, however the part that can cause you to put the pounds on is the sugar. Even fresh oranges hold a lot of sugar, being sugar sensitive, if my blood sugar drops I can eat an orange and get my sugar back up very quickly. If you do not burn off the sugar through exercising, then the sugar will turn into fat.
Moderation is the way to look at it. Don't drink more then you will burn during the day.

Nope, not fattening. It does have calories (I'm not sure how to go about measuring them) but it's got way less sugar than store-bought orange juice. Good for you! :) Wish I were so motivated.

How can you not know the answer to this? You've got to be pretty diet obsessed to be worrying about fresh orange juice, for heaven's sake!
