to lose weight the first thing you need is will power.
if you have that then you are already half way there !
rule no 1 is DO NOT DIET - no matter what the books and celebrities say, diets are not right way to lose weight, as you will put the weight back when you stop the dieting.
rule no 2 the only way to loose and maintain weight is : healthy food and lots of exercise.
drink atleast 8 - 10 glasses of water everyday.
eat healthy foods. try going vegetarian as veggy foods are less fatty (except oils and cheese of course)
eat green leafy vegetables regularly salads
cut down on your alcohol and fatty food such as oily fried foods, cholocates and whatever that is high on fat.
go for the healthy option - brown bread instead of white, bran flakes instead of sugary breakfast, fruit instead of snacks crisps between meals
eat more 'filling foods' so you dont keep feeling hungry - such as bran, bananas etc.
do 30 minutes exercise atleast 3 days in a week - everyday if possible. you dont have to join to gym or something if you dont want to. brisk walking / jogging / swimming for 30 minutes will be good enough.
if you continue above then you will see the difference in 2 months
pls remember if you have high blood pressure / diabetes then consult your doctor first.

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

losing weight is not in hurry,you must have self dicipline and patient. first maybe you will collapse if everytime like this you're eating. You may do some exercise because if only by food, without the help of exercise it take long for you to lose weight. but ofcourse if you are eating little it will work cause too much food is the main soure of getting fat.

May be. Depending upon yor life style and manual work.
Best advise is to go for a brisk walk everyday morning for about 30 minutes.
This wil definelty rejuvanate your energies and you will feel fresh always.

Taking juice and fruits is ok.But reducing your chapathis is a bad idea.If you want to lose weight you should workout hard

make sure your body is getting all vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, daily that it needs.
Nothing wrong with eating ligth, bread will not help you change bread for cereal with ligth milk.
Never eat anything contains trans fat or sat fat or any other fat.
have a 1 or 2 a day good meal its OK , make sure drink wine one time a week at least.

Reducing intake of food....? Sorry . It is not the only one way to reduce fat. Daily exercise can help us to maintain our body health as well as to reduce the unwanted fat content of our body.
Yoga is a good medicine..... Good Medicines are also available at market. Consult a good dietitian and get the advice

may i help u ....u should eat like this....breakfast...[milk.cornflax ,fruits ,curd..juice] lunch[1 chappati wd rajma chole dal sprouts cooked in very little oil]...dinner [rajma chhole dal only no chappati] if u feel hungry between lunch 3 meals eat fruits salad sweet corn.....no potatao no bread no rice..no ice cream..only 1 chappati 1se a day u will loose weight fast...u should eat small meals devide ur meals eat 5 times a day u should not feel hungry eat in every 2 hours u should tak e1000 calories in a day ..
eat according to calorie chart u will get calorie chart on net easily..good luck..im also doing this it really works do it ,u will see result soon ..goodluck..
