If you really are just looking for a quick loss, the Subway diet works pretty well. If you're looking for a permanent loss, don't go for the quick and easy. A lot of these programs tell you how to lose weight, but not how to keep from gaining it back.

I would suggest walking if you're going for a more permanent solution; it's easy, low-cost, and surprising effective if you keep it up. Five months ago, I weighed about 300 lbs. Then I started walking at least half a mile to a mile almost every day (out of necessity, I'll admit). A week before Christmas, I weighed 268, and I had only slightly changed my eating habits.

Granted, I didn't exercise a lot prior to that, but you don't lose 30 lbs. by dumb luck.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! there's alot of weight loss diet, but the effect are not for longer period and when you stop it your going to gain more, more than your weight before and sometime there's a bad side effect. So,if you want a longer result i suggest that your going into a strick diet and exercise let say if your calories intake for a day is 2000 if you want to loss some pound a week you need to cut your calories intake let say about 500 less everyday and you gonna see the result and walk or jog everyday even just for 30 mins to one hour it will make a difference.then you need to watch your food intake less meat more protien and no junk foods like in the morning you gonna eat some cereal along with fruits and in the afternoon eat vegs.along with chicken breast, fish or anything that is not fatty and at night just eat a light meal and eat before six then if you feel hungry just eat some biscuit or fruit....and drink more water to help you plush the toxin in your body.....This if you really want to have a longer result and a healthy life more fruits in your diet and vegies would probably help and in a week or month you will see the result....and it didn't cost you that much the only things that you need to do is self discipline, coz it hard sometimes to get up in the morning to jog....but in the long run u'll going to love it...this is my basic form of exercise to keep my self healthy and to maintain my weight specially if you reach the age of 30 its hard for this age to burn or loss weight coz of our metabolism is declining to.....to keep you healthy eat healthy, exercise and sleep 8 hour a day and drink plenty of water it takes a long run process but the result is satisfying....good luck!!! hope this would help.....

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

I'd say go to the gym daily and work out after every meal or even go jogging. I would recommend not to eat fast foods. Being a vegitarian always helps. I lost 5 punds in my first month with no meat, not even sea food, i didn't ever work out though. :D Hope that I helped. :D
