Put on your favourite CD and dance like a madman/woman! Do this for an album- length everyday, you will be having so much fun that you won't even notice your excersing. You will also feel energised to finish off with a few situps / squats etc. Don't forget to stretch - this tones aswell as preventing pain the next day!

Change to 5 smaller meals a day, simply cut out fat, sugar and salt BUT replace them with sweet treats like dried cranberries, raisins, licorice etc - munch continuously on chopped up celery, carrot, pepper, cucumber etc.

Smoothies are filling, as is porridge with honey, and both are rich in fibre.
Halve your usual portion, and wait half an hour before you decide whether or not to refill your plate.
Oily fish (sardines, mackerel etc etc) make you feel full.

This will work for sure. Dont eat and exercise like a mad man that will work for sure, maybe have a hit of protien after you exercise and that will help you have tone. The other option is to do the basics that all the above have mentioned and realise and i know i sound like o broken record, but its true. Weight loss is not an event its for a life time, the true meaning behind that is the answer to true weight loss is in your head and the way you think about food. I promise you one thing, if you stick at it and eat healthy but hate every minute of it, you will not maintain the weight loss. If however you have a yearly plan to say lose 1kg a month, and increase exercise but do fun things that you love to do, and learn some healthy meals that you can prepare fast but really like the taste of, sounds easy ha, well at the end you will have had lots of fun feel great and be 12 kg lighter or whatever you choose. Good luck, hope i helped out a little :0) you have a great day.

You need a combination of things. Exercise and diet. Im not an expert on dieting for weight loss because my diet revolves around increasing muscle and strength, but from what i know, you will need to eat regularly but in smaller portions - and include vegetables and salads. The reason im not suggesting that you boycott food is that you will need to have the energy that you get from food so that you can exercise. Jogging in the park is an excellent and free way to lose weight and tone up your whole body and improve your general health significantly.
Try a bowl of cornflakes with vegetable salad in the morning, then an hour jog. Then have rice and tuna for lunch and basically read up on this http://www.maximuscle.com/maxiwomen/iwanttotoneup.html

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.

Eat lots more Fresh fruit and veg,cut out junk food and cakes and sweets. If you can go swimming at least twice a week this helps with the toning up. Walking instead of jumping in the car or on the bus for the shortest of trips also helps.
