I am on a very strict diet but i still want to do something extra to help me to loose over 32kg by August. Don't want to waste too much time. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You need to exercise :)
If you don't do any exercise already, build up slowly with things like walking and swimming, before moving on to more cardio-intensive exercises like squash and spinning :) I'd recommend starting with 60-90 minutes of exercise a day.
Have you spoken to your doctor about your strict diet? You should only severly restrict your calorie intake under the guidance of a doctor, as it can be counterproductive.

Eating less than 1000 calories a day is not good for your health. I have an eating disorder and so see a dietician regularly so I know a fair bit about how th body works. The majority of your intake of calories is to make your body work properly at a resting state. So consume no fewer than 1200 calories per day. If you are very overweight you should be eating more calories at the moment and cutting down as you continue to lose the weight. 32kgs in such a short period of time is not a healthy target either. You are more likely to get into the yo-yo dieting routine that is terrible or your body as it has a negative effect on your internal organs and puts you at a greater risk of developing osteperosis. Sorry to sound so negative! Good luck and take care of yourself.

Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 11 pounds and 21 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 29 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck! In reality, thats probably only feasable if you are morbidly overweight, but not impossible. You really need a change in life habits, such as, no snacks, EVER, 3 balanced meals a day totalling say 1200 calories, but probably more importantly, join some form of sports club.

I lost 52 pounds last winter, though soccer on a wednesday night, rugby on a saturday, and no snacks. It'll be hell to start, but once you getinto a rhythm and a routine the pounds and days fly by.

Good luck!!

Eat nourishing food with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables being part of it. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This will activate signal to the brain as soon as u have had enough. Besides this change in eating style, take regular light exercises and brisk walks every day. U will be able to gain/shed all extra weight gracefully and in a reasonable time span.
