Perhaps first I'd ask what support [professional] they had after
listening to such harrowing stories.

Second, what could I do to support them personally.

Both these would be in the context of expressing my admiration & respect for them.

How and why they got into that occupation; is it just out of concern for the welfare of others or there are some hidden motives for doing so. After all, there are many other disadvantaged people to help in soceity, so why rape victims?

The first thing I would ask is if they had also been raped. If they have not, then they have no concept of what victims have gone through.

By your questions I would guess that you need to get into therapy.

I'd ask them how they are able to help those people rise above it, and become survivors instead of remaining victims.

Why did you go into growing rape seed oil in the first place. It is not a sustainable crop and Corn or Wheat have a much higher yeild value
