It's never too early to book an airline ticket; if the price is low, get it now. If the price goes up, you will not be charged more later if you have already bought the ticket. You will not be able to take the cheaper ticket and fly on the more expensive date, though, unless you want to pay the difference later. Air travel prices go up and down during different times of the year. November and December are popular holiday travel times so the price is more expensive--- airlines will not bring in extra planes just because more travellers want to travel, so they charge more. They of course make more money this way, but they also encourage people who don't have to travel on a particular date to go when the planes are less full; this saves the travellers money if their dates are flexible and keeps the airlines from flying with empty planes.

It could also be that it is more expensive during that time frame. Buying an airplane ticket to Germany from USA in the summer is between $1000-$1200, but this February it will be $450.

it is because it is off season and right now people dont want to really go there so they lower the prices so people are like it is low and they are like it is a steal abnd they want to go. but when it is in seasonthey jack the prices up so that people are flying there at that time they have to pay more and airlines get more money. so flying during the off season is cheaper.
