Yoga and/or Pilates. Worked wonders for my ability to focus (and balance). Or meditation, there are tons of beginner tips on the web. A little new age maybe, but effective.

u can develop yr concentration by trying to study in a quiet place. make sure u take breaks every 1 to 1 and a half our, in that way u can relax and concentrate even better. i hope my suggestion will help u. bye and tc!!
